Opening Cocktail Sponsorship (Exclusive)
Sponsorship Fee: Complimentary
Includes sponsorship of the opening cocktail held on the first evening of the congress. Cocktail costs will be arranged directly between the sponsor and the hotel. Sponsor branding will be featured across congress materials and the sponsor may include promotional items in the congress bags.
Congress Bag Sponsorship (Exclusive)
Sponsorship Fee: 1,500 EUR + VAT
The sponsor’s logo will be printed on one side of the official congress bag. Bag model selection is determined by the organizing committee. Sponsors may include promotional materials inside the bag.
Congress USB Sponsorship (Exclusive)
Sponsorship Fee: Complimentary
USB drives (64 GB) containing congress presentations will feature the sponsor’s logo. Production costs are covered by the sponsor.
Poster Board Sponsorship (Exclusive)
Sponsorship Fee: 1,000 EUR + VAT
Sponsor logo will be displayed on all poster presentation boards alongside poster numbers.
Badge Lanyard Logo Sponsorship
Sponsorship Fee: 1,000 EUR + VAT
Sponsor name and logo will appear on all participant badge lanyards. Includes complimentary registration for one representative if not otherwise entitled.
