Cancellation Policy
For oral and poster presentations accepted through the peer-review process, cancellation requests may be submitted only in cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters, traffic accidents, documented medical conditions, or pandemic-related restrictions.
Cancellation requests must be made by submitting a signed written application to the Congress Secretariat no later than [April 01, 2026 – cancellation deadline].
-
Cancellations submitted after the stated deadline, or failure to attend the congress without prior written notification, will not be eligible for any refund.
-
In such cases, a certificate of participation will not be issued.
-
Only written cancellation requests submitted to the Congress Secretariat will be considered valid. Verbal or informal requests will not be accepted.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to evaluate cancellation requests based on the submitted documentation.
